Besides Sayville, I think there are 2 more NEBS events on Long Island this year, Sheepshead Bay and Oyster Bay.

If the previous NY Governor had been involved, I’m sure he would have insisted they include a "Miss Pig Out" Bikini Contest![}:)][}:)][}:)][;)][8D]

The Highland, NY Rotary club has run a very successful BBQ contest at the New Paltz Fairgrounds for the past three years. I think they had about 60 contesting teams last year, and the venue has gotten better every year. I hope we’ll be able to get to the one in Troy (as eaters, not BBQrs), especially if it attracts contestants from far and wide.
