[:p] Perhaps this could suffice for tongue in cheek but probably no one would get it anyway. [:D]
You gotta love those quotes.
I sure didn’t think I’d need one for that post.
Some folks here, obviously not including porkbeaks, really ought to take a course in learning how to recognize the bulge in a cheek caused by a tongue.
I never thought pizza could look sexy until I saw these photos. Thanks Chris and Amy!!
it’s just a small mater of time before one of us declares Pepe’s as a …….the dreaded………"Tourist Trap"
and then soon to come the "it sure has gone down hill since they opened their 100th shop " ………. lol
"Nobody goes there anymore; it’s too crowded." …..Yogi Berra
Michael, you crack me up…if you say so, than Pepe’s is still the best chain pizza I’ve ever had! To my palate, the 3rd store in Manchester has not diminished the original taste in the least. [:p]
Unless it is franchised, and as far as I see it, a long wait for a TABLE and that they cook to order does not make it fast food … I, respectfully, do not concur with Micheal.
I can’t subjugate it to the level of Papa Gino’s …
I am psyched to have a Pepe’s even that much closer.
Well, it was always pretty fast when I ate there, so that ought to qualify as fast food.
Clearly, now that Frank Pepe’s has become a full-fledged chain I assume all posts about it will be in the Fast Food Franchises & Non-Roadfood Chains section.
Friends, we finally finished our review of Frank Pepe’s of Manchester…please check out our review, freshly posted today, Dec. 25! That first photo of the sausage pie that Amy took is TO DIE FOR! [:p]
have not tried this particular one, but the Pepe’s in Fairfield is absolutely spectacular. and you can wait on a line there too if you go at the right time- i grew up in new haven eating at sally’s and pepe’s and fairfield pepe’s is every bit as good as the new haven one, imho… go try it and let us know please… enjoy fb
