Vienna Beef is the place to go. Poppy seed rolls, vienna beef dogs, and bright green relish are musts if you are going to call it a Chicago style dog.
Mel’s Hot Dogs in Tampa does a nice job. Pay them a visit if you can.

My mom is considering opening up a chicago-style fast food restaurant. we are looking for chicago based foods. It is going to be mostly hot dogs (kinda like Portillos if anyone is familiar) we need some websites or names of brands to buy wholesale hotdogs..buns..and pickles relish similar to portillos. and any ideas for other popular chicago foods to sell. HELP!
