    I enjoyed the hot fish with Poverty and Al during the roadfood thing this past April. It was excellent. There are pics posted by Al someplace.

    Paul. You need to read the Roadfood Rules of Conduct again. I’m pretty sure there was something in there about teasing people up north with that tasty looking Southern Hot Fish..

    I ate at Eastside Fish in October and was very happy with my meal. Really nice people, too!

And there is a local burger chain called Fat Mo’s that does a great catfish sandwich. The Fat Mo’s on Trinity Lane has a dining room. If you are looking for traditional fish and chips, there is a place in East Nashville called Battered and Fried. The fish is very crisp and non-greasy, and the homemade fries are great!

    Nashville is best known for its hot fish. There are several places that exist. Perhaps this link will help.

    They are definately not chains.
