Hi. Soon I’m going to Midland, Texas. I’m only going to be there two days on business and sadly won’t have much time to go exploring too far beyond the heart of the city. Does anybody have any recommendations for exciting and unique places to eat? (I favor American cuisine but will just about anything a shot, especially if it’s difficult to find elsewhere.)
