So I’m looking to put an LP steam table in my food truck I am working on, but can’t find the information I need. Just wondering if any of you have one and can tell me if I can remove the legs so I can place it on a stand that I build?

The space I’m trying to plan this for will not allow me to bolt to floor. There is a used equipment dealer in my area so I am going by there one day next week to look at some and see if it is even possible to remove the legs. I’m trying to lower my need for electrical so don’t want to use the electric versions that sit on the counter top.
I use an LP steam table on my truck. The model you referenced indicates it comes with galvanized steel legs, but can be upgraded to stainless steel legs. From this, I infer that the legs are removable.
Even if they are not, anyone handy with an angle grinder can disassemble it and create a new one, using generous fireproofing and heat resistant material.
I think I’m just gonna get it and rework my interior plan to work around it! Don’t wanna hack away at any new equipment!!!
