Hillbilly, this was an older couple who decided to retire, and the restaurant was already closed by the time Katrina struck, but you are so right about them putting out a great cookbook.
Go to http://www.uglesichs.com and order the cookbook for some of the finest food ever produced anywhere. Man, I wish they were still open, but Katrina ended any hope for that.
