    High Springs Gator,

We guarantee that our product will keep tortillas fresh and warm for over 1 hour. No need to damp a cloth or towel with water. Tortillas already have moisture in them so you dont need to go through that process just to heat tortillas.

Our Tortilla Ovens are insulated with a microwavable plastic lining that keeps the moisture inside our Tortilla Oven but allows for enough moisture to escape from preventing soggy, sticky, wet tortillas from the microwave.

Buy our product and you will not be disappointed. If it does not meet your satisfaction, return it for a full refund.

    Take care,
    Mark

A damp towel, microwave on defrost for about a min. depending on you oven, works just fine. No need to spend the money.
