I have to back off on my endorsement of this place … I think he’s hurting financially. The factory next door has laid people off and and he’s not getting many customers.
Nestled in Seattle’s industrial section there’s an intriguing BBQ place in Seattle named Koba Championship BBQ. The guy running the joint is a former Kansas City BBQ Grandmaster. He’s Japanese American, and his sauces have a distinctly Asian flavor. Also check out his Pacific Rim slaw. Near 4th Ave South and Mead, across from Kettel’s Diner.
