    welcome to the forum.

    The regulations here are different from state to state, county to county, and city to city.  google (health inspection mobile food vendors) and it will give you links to every state regulating agency.

    Sorry If I missed it , but I don’t see an introductions thread on this forum.
     
    What a great resource it is. I can’t find anything like this in the UK
     
    Anyway – cateringtrailers is my business and passion.  Tried it all over the years. A bit of roadside, some event stuff, a couple of local authority concessions,  trading estates too:
     
    Just curious, and never likely to try it there.. – how hard is it to get trading licenses in the US? if you want to set up roadside, what sort of permits do you need? Over here, the red tape depends a lot on local authorities – and catering safety stuff.
