you’re getting better with the pics. I like the garnish. adds nice color. the gumbo looks good!
I wonder if there will be a rush of applicants to the seasoning company so folks can go and eat with Mr. and Mrs. JB!! [:p]
As always enjoyed the video, and it was especially nice to see your wife in the kitchen, too. She seems to have a good sense of humor, as well as her own cooking techniques. It is an art, isn’t it, and not a science?!
I agree, the cook-off is a tie!!![:)]
I edited out the finished coffee. My wife likes to drink coffee all day long, She made it only to drink while cooking. In 1 clip you can see her cup to the side of the cooktop. None was used in in the gumbo. Being we were making a cajun dish she just wanted to show how to make coffee the old cajun way.
I’d say the gumbo cook-off was a tie, JB. I watched videos 3 and 4 two times. What did you do with the coffee? Doesn’t show adding it to the gumbo……how much and to both gumbos or just one??? Excellent job on the videos!!
Please reiterate your roux making procedure for the people that can’t watch the videos… This is cool folks!!![:)]
JB boy, I think JB girl may have done a "smack down"!!!!!!!!!!
Liked the cameo appearance of camera girl. This is becoming a family show.
Thanks to your family for the wonderful view into family fun and GOOD food!
Both look mighty good to me. [:p]
