JB, I love your posts. My EX and soon to be my "current" once again is from Lake Charles, La. This Chrismas Eve we had his fabulous Shrimp & Okra Gumbo and Crawfish Pie. Good eats indeed. Thanks for not leaving!

LOL Rouxdog. I bet you do not even have to debone them after Scooter gets done tenderizing them.

As a fellow coonass, I do enjoy your vids, I may not comment on all of them but they do get watched.

You remind me of the lands I love, the people I love, the food I love and MISS very much.

JB,BOY!!!!!!! You know very well that I enjoy your videos. We’ve developed a friendship for which I’m very thankful. I’m a bit saddened that you’ve needlessly become a subject batted around in controversy the past few days. I admit I’ve participated.
I vow that I, for one, will not be part of continued bickering. For heavens sake, we’re talking about the joys and pleasures of food and sharing our thoughts and experiences.
Boy, you listening!!!??? Keep on having fun cooking and inviting us into your home kitchen!

Hey, BOY! I always enjoy your videos and sometimes call my children in to watch especially funny parts. It brightens my day to see someone who enjoys life as much as you obviously do. Thanks for taking the time to share your cooking skills and your personality. (Your wife seems delightful too!)
