The sausage is Martins aundoilli
The gumbo was a pics not used in my last gumbo cookin video posted here. The pie & bellpepper are Lena’s made here in La. Lena’s makes the best frozen cajun specialitys of all. They are the most expensive too.

I don’t use tomatos sauce or paste that makes it creole style, If you want add one
yup. No question you know how to make those Louisiana specialties. Yummo! (in this case, I think it’s ok to quote RR – yummo works real well with these pics![:p]) You have absolutely inspired me to make some La recipes this weekend for Mardi Gras! Did you put any of that on video?
