Our 16 month old is definitely a Roadfood baby! Loves all different kinds of food, traveling and especially loves good atmosphere. Gonna have a blast visiting Roadfood joints around the US with him. Be sure to start yours out early getting used to different tastes and different settings. Congrats!

GREAT news. Blessings to you and the family!

My son is now 14-1/2. I can honestly say that he is the joy of our lives, that watching him grow into the person he is — and will be — is the greatest blessing I’ve ever received.

Every time I survey the list and see "I’m…" only in the title I instantly think I’m too sexy for my shirt. Make sure l’ll Page Turner has some decent shirts. [;)]

We had our kids over 35 years ago. We get to do it over the easy way with the grandchildren. In some ways we kind of feel guilty because we can afford to spoil our grandchildren but couldn’t afford much with our own children. But it is so fun. We stock toys they don’t have at our house for their visits and I have the coolest collection of race cars. When our grandson visits again next month I will surprise him with the whole race field in the Cars movie Piston Cup Race. Hey, I’m a kid too. [:D]

    Congratulations!

When Fieldthistle talked of a child renewing and re-educating you to what
life really is, it made me think of my first grandchild. When he started talking, we were taking a walk. He kept asking me "What’s that noise?" Finally, I realized he was hearing the birds singing. I hadn’t heard the birds singing in years {because I had stopped paying attention}. They make you stop and smell the roses.

Children awaken that part of you that you may never even had known that you lost. They are way cool. [8D]
