Big ice chest, how many drinks do you anticipate on selling? How much ice goes in a drink?
Now just do some simple math and allow for melt.
i’ll go thru a couple hundred pounds in a good day making lemon and limeades. the large white coolers from sams club will hold 120 pounds.
Hello,
I am brand new to this and still in the planning phase. My product is similar to lemonade or iced tea. My biggest concern is ICE! I’ve worked in busy bars and restaurants and know how quickly you can run out on a busy night with an ice machine.
I’m looking to keep this as simple and affordable as possible to start. I’ll test run at our farmers market which runs for 4 hours.
I’d love some advice on best methods and how much ice I might go through in a day.
Thanks in advance.
[p]Anybody know where this came from? I do it, on some other melon as well, it works, IMHO, but I wonder where the thought came from! Ideas?[/p]
