[:p]Can’t seem to find scrapple around here at all, though you could in the past.
I would sometimes make a scrapple sandwich, but only fry it up and then put between to plain slices of bread. No tomatoes or anything else added.Wish I could find corn meal mush.It came in a brick like scrapple, but haven’t seen it around here in years.

I think half of the tomato in sandwich came from a field owned by Hunts and the other half came from a field owned by Heinz.[;)]

I just took some scrapple out of the freezer. I’ve got to try this, sans garlic. It is breakfast and I would hate to start repelling anyone who comes near me this early in the day!

err, it sure is odd how the directory is named where some of those photos reside

(if the image above is missing, my guess will be that the "author" moved it elsewhere – but the link is accurate and working as of 8/21/2006 12:30am)

all the scraps from a pig that are left

    cook til thick, turn
    into a loaf pan, cool
    then slice thin and fry..

Klepner–looks delish! Those are some great pics. I’ve never had scrapple, but after a few Bud tall boys, why the hell not?
