    Did you get the ones in the natural casing or, the skinless?
    Hope you got the natural casing. They are the best!
    Personally, I like mine boiled just until they split-slightly.
    And, I love the Sabrett mustard too! I use it more than any other now.
    As an old ex-New Yorker, I sure was happy to see all the Sabrett products now in Dallas.
