It is amusing that someone sent me a PM in response to this inquiry 🙂
I am currently unable to read PMs
when I try to open one, it says “delete some PMs first”
I deleted a dozen or more to no avail
I thought I replied to this last night. You can now have a total of 50 PMs saved. I'm not sure that it counts the sent PMs. I had to delete most of those I had saved in order to send one. Once I had enough deleted it now states some like 4/50 PMs at the top… I have 4 saved.
TJ, I think the system may also be counting “Sent” PMs in your total as well so deleting some from just your inbox may not be enough. I’ve run into it from time to time as well. Usually after setting up a NYC tour, I’ll get a lot of PMs about details and then as time goes by I forget to delete them and the inboxed ones along with my replies tend to add up.
