We went down to 2.60 at one point this summer but we’re pushing 3 and beyond again depending where you buy. We have the joy of being considered a “collar” county to Chicago (even though we’re 45 miles west) so we pay extra in taxes towards mass transportation. If I drive 9 miles west to De Kalb County, it’s generally 10 cents cheaper.

Just filled up the SUV and it almost cost me a half day’s work.
$3.19 a gallon at the Shell station after passing up $3.29 at the Mobile.
Think it’s the car from now on.
I’m in the Los Angeles area.
It’s not cheap—-where did you get that idea?
$3.09 for regular….$3.31 for diesel.

$2.99 here in Minot, ND. Because our cost of living is so cheap up here in the prarie. [8)]
Nov 23rd Instead of a jump for the Holiday weekend the price dropped to $2.65 a gallon for regular yesterday. That’s a 19 cent drop in one step. Go Figure??????
Here in the Keller area the best I can do on price is $2.51 with the Walmart card.

The same around Cincinnati area, it is down this week last week was $2.99 and above now anywhere from $2.79 to $2.90.
Depends on whether I eat at Krystal or Taco Bell. [;)][:o)]

Nov 15th, 2010 I filled the truck, paying $2.84/ Reg Gallon at the local station. Prices range from $2.82 to $2.90 plus for regular around the Louisville area.
