Hello folks. Newbie here. I am going to start a hot dog cart in the next few months and I thought this would be a good place to pick up some helpful tips. I live in Evansville, In and there are no carts here that I know of so I think I have a chance at success. I also do a Carolina style pulled pork shoulder w/vinegar sauce that I want to hawk. Any words of encouragement and/or tips would be highly appreciated.
