try http://www.louisvillehotbytes.com that site has a ton of info on Louisville dining.
I used to live there, and I got to say that for a city of its size, it has an excellent dining scene at every price point.
A few favorites
Mazzoni’s for rolled oysters
Cunninghams for fried fish sandwiches
Chick Inn for fried chicken
Flabby’s for rolled osyters and burgers
Jack Fry’s for upscale Kentucky food
Seviche for . . . seviche
Baxter Station for pub grub
BBC for locally brewed beer
and lots, lots more.

If you don’t want to use the long restaurant list for a generaL search I posted for you, then use the 4 places in the Louisville area on the ROADFOOD- Kentucky Site as a base for your thoughts on where to eat.
We apparently, can not tell you what you want, either.
