Nice looking bus and smoker rig!
Hmmmm. Location says PSL but the cooker pic looks like it was taken in White City. Ah well, things change. Nice shorty bus. We have a “repurposed” BlueBird All American FE. One of the long ones.
Cool looking bus, Brian. That will look really good with some graphics.
That is such a sweet “BUS” when you get that baby done it will be a talk of the town just the body structure as it is now gives me goose bumps and turns me on ( just a lil ) [:I]
THAT is one Awesome setup!
You will strike fear into the competition when you pull in with that bus and that rig!
Haven’t taken any measurements yet, he was not around when I went by the other day. The engine (cummings diesel) and transmission was just given a clean bill of health and the ac works perfectly. I am getting this for a steal. I will not be doing a hood since all of my cooking is done on my bbq rig. I am however going to run gas and electrical lines for furure additions (including a hood). We will mainly be using this as a prep kitchen for a while for our Competition BBQ team and what little vending we do.
Here is the cooker we use. She will hold 104 racks of baby backs in one shot.
just 2 darn kewl. im super glad for ya and cant wait to see the finished iron. show some inside pics and yes, how long, wide, and tall. ceiling height can be a problem sometimes. congrats
That’s one good lookin” Bus! How long is it?
No offense, but you probably could have had a rig built for what it will cost you to get that build out on the street.
Here are some pics of the bus, should make a sweet mobile kitchen
Best of luck and congratulations!
Looks like I am gonna take the plunge and buy a bus to start a kitchen build in. Looking to buy iy late June, going to look at it today. I will post pics soon! I have been loading all of my equipment onto my flatbed bbq trailer for each event and then unloading afterwards. That is getting OLD. Can’t wait to load coolers, ice and meat then hook and book!
The best part, when someone asks if I rode the short bus I can say nope, I drive one LOL
