Golden Skillet Anyone?
No, I haven’t, but I’ll give it a try next time I have a taste for some fried chicken.

Have you been there? Like the chicken?
There is one in District Heights, Maryland (a suburb of Washington, DC) and at least a couple more in Virginia.
There is a chain in Hackettstown, NJ called Golden Skillet. The chicken is moist and succulent; the skin while it could be crispier at times is just as tasty as the meat. This chain has been here for maybe twenty years and about eight years ago also joined with Stewarts and carries some of their products. Anyone out there in food land know of other locations or perhaps know the recipe used?
