I had an enjoyable lunch today along these lines. Blue Diamond Pecan Nut-thins (a small cracker made from ground nuts & rice flour) and I smeared them generously with some wonderfully soft Brie![:p][:D]
I must say my favorite road food is good old crackers and cheese. Accessible from the front seat, and cheaper than drive-in prices.
I found a crazy site all about crackers and toppings, with lots of pictures you can vote on. I think you can send in your own too, but I can’t figure out how.
