Michael, I’m happy you agree with me, now we have to find some one to take the bet that your not going to spill mustard on your jacket…………………..A smart man knows the odds………BillyB
I bet he uses Ketchup, not Mustard! You would loose!
You must be joking. Or hallucinating. Catsup on a hot dog? Me? I’d sooner be dead.

You have my permission to shoot that sawbuck my way. Not a drop of mustard despite having eaten four of those absolutely delicious, godawful hot dogs.
Now that the overall quality of Major League Ballpark food has gone up maybe it’s time for that to trickle down to local HS food concession stands. Sorry, but no amount of “atmosphere” would make me enjoy a crappy hot dog on a crappy bun with yellow mustard served by some Team Dad or Mom who has just picked his/her nose and not bothered to wash his/her hands. Then again, maybe it’s just me.
Sometimes I wish I lived in a small town.
Well, you know mine, but no Cheap dogs in Ashland. Great Polishes in Talent though.[:)]
Hey Bill, I was up in the Blue Mountains a week ago, it was 26 degree one morning. The guy I have working on my house had a thin layer of ice on his 5th wheel water tank, it’s going to be a cold winter. I think it’s time for some good hearty flavorful sausage, not many good ones in Eastern Washington and over the bridge to Oregon. We had some Jalapeno sausage and German sausage made up from a Pig we processed, not bad, but looking for a better mix. I think I would take a good Italian over any sausage for flavor…………..Take care, hope all is well……………Bill
We had frost warnings for the orchards last night.
Marlene, Talent lies completely to the West of I-5 up those hollows you were gazing at.
The polishes are at Tark’s BBQ/Market. New Sammy’s is on 99 between Ashland and Talent.
We have many more taco trucks than hot dog carts. 🙂

Well he had mustard last week, I don’t figure we are going to teach that old dog a new trick that makes him switch to ketchup

I live near Venice High.
I could get shot near my high school.
I used to work the games way back when as a Lettergirl.
Those were the days! I really might have to look in to this. Much better than sitting at home.
You’ll see some really good stuff about America.
That’s what scares me! “Pants on the Ground”! The Clothes, the Piercings, the Tattoos, the Chains and the Hair all scare the crap out of me! It’s Halloween 365 days a year!
This is a great story. My 12 year old granddaughter asked me if she could borrow some money from me as she is going to the high school football game tonight with friends. I said “Sure, how much do you want?” and she said that she really wanted twenty dollars………….enough for the admission and for the whisker dog contest..
So I said that I would be glad to lend it to her but what in the world was the whisker dog contest. She told me that her friends had all decided to see who could eat the most hot dogs and then the winner would get treated next week.
I asked her why they called them whisker dogs and she said that by the time they got them , they had been cooked and wrapped so long ago that they had whiskers growing on them. (Only a group of giggliing 12 year olds could dream this up) She also assured me that she would win for sure![lol][lol][lol]

Sorry about your high school neighborhood. But do go to a high school game if you get the chance. You’ll see some really good stuff about America.
It is a fairly old memory now, but a friend, while his kid was a high school football star, took it upon himself to see that good food was served at the games. He took over the chairmanship of the committee (as he says, there was no competition for the job), and upgraded all the food. He raised prices a little, to cover the higher costs, but sold a lot more. He raised a lot of money.
Muscle Beach…. hahahaha!
No, but my brother swears my grandfather used to lift weights there when we were kids. I think he’s wrong.

How far off of the 5 is Talent? We saw the exit, but no town.
Can’t say that I saw any hot dogs in Ashland or Medford this trip.
Did see some hotdoggers on the river though.
