I forget the name, it’s something like Millie’s.Flo’s. Flo’s Airport Cafe, and it’s a winner.
For further aviation fun google a site called flying-food.com.Great interactive map of the US with reviews of airport restaurants nation wide.Flo’s receives 4 stars for their biscuits and gravy and would have received more except for a crank with a low (2 star) review…I found the site by searching for my place (Mustang Grille) on google. I was delighted to find the grille in Rochester NH listed and (very briefly-like one sentence) reviewed and also given 4 stars…
Interesting! The one I go to at Deer Valley Airport in North Phoenix got high ratings from the two reviews as well. (4 out of 4 stars)
Same kind of deal inside, hundreds of model airplanes hanging from the ceiling, plenty of seating indoors and out, as well as a salad bar/weekend buffet and a sit down counter.
Good breakfasts, burgers, pies and a daily menu that changes quite a bit. Guess I should do a RF review!

Aha… Aviation Buffs: For those of you in Southern California, you’ll be very happy with a trip to the Chino Airport, where many, many planes that show up in Hollywood pix are parked. All kinds of WW2 stuff. You can see the prototype of the Flying Wing, P38s, all kinds of stuff, with specs called out. Twice a year there is a big air show, with Korean War Soviet Migs, tons of Mustangs, it’s fantastic.
Now, the reason I want everyone to read this is that there’s a great coffee shop out there, maybe it’s Airfood! Check it out. A real gritty operation where you know many pilots have been eating for decades. I forget the name, it’s something like Millie’s. On the opposite end of the group of buildings, there’s a nice cheap, dark, cool little bar, with dusty model airplanes hanging all over. You’ll love it.

Excellent, John. I passed it on to my aero friends.
Oh, that is so cool. I had a control-line model flying replica when I was a kid.
