are you sure you want to be an escort? You’re really close to I-95 to be presenting your self in such a light.

WOW!! [:0] I am close to the interstate…how did you know? I didn’t know it was a haven for "escorts". I must be careful how I get home from now on. [:D]

I have always been a fan of Julia Child. I guess she is responsible for me being a food-aphile !!!

I still like watching her today, even though she does not cook much, her commentary is excellent !!

Well, you might think that working with cookbooks and chefs would be grand, but not when your boss is a gorgon.

While I was interviewing for my present job with my boss’s now-ex-husband, Julia called to speak him. I found out they were friends and had been to each others’ houses and cooked for each other numerous times. I thought, what a great place to work — boy was I wrong!

I think of her every time I go up to La super rica in Santa Barbara for their marvelous Mexican food. When I read years ago that it was her favorite place in the US for Mexican food, I knew I had to try it. Thanks Julia!

Wondering if any of you knew that Julia was a spy during WWII in Asia. Saw that at the International Spy Museum in DC a few months ago.

I love Julia – she never came across as snobbish while cooking all of those fabulous dishes. What a gal!
