You might look above in the "Food Professionals" section and see if there are any threads abou it. Also, there have been discussions on this site about hot dog stands, etc. Maybe one of those people will be willing to help you.
anybody have any advice on how to get started on a food vending buisness. e.g. as in licenses etc. in oh. we are looking into a catering or mobile kitchen truck.
also how do you find a used truck.
