Good for you!!!!
MT2,
Small world! I lived in Lake county before moving to Wisconsin. I have family in Libertyville, Lindenhurst, Vernon Hills, and Highland Park. Last week, I enjoyed my first cheeseburger at the Lantern. Stay in touch.

CSD,
What is the minimum you charge for the 2 hours?
Thanks
Scali,
I’m in Wisconsin. We go to weddings that serve only beer and brats, while a polka band plays. This is an outdoor reception with an open bar and we’ll only serve hot dogs from our cart.

When you say weddings are you catering food to them or are we talkig about a hot dog cart? It seems that the majority would not want to feed their guests hot dogs.
Colin,
Hope all is well with you and you still have your cart. Since August, we’ve trained three students from MA: Worcester, Belchertown, and Boston. Cart party catering and vending specialized events, such as your cheerleading competition have become cutting edge in our business. I recently booked a wedding reception for this summer and I’m retired from vending. There are tons of opportunities waiting for you. Keep your radar on and you’ll find them.
Take care.

Congratulations also!!!
Two weeks ago you were selling the cart!! That’s the life of an event vendor its a wonderful roller coaster ride 🙂
You will make more doing the events than you did at the Lowes and not be tied down.

Congratulations! It’s always great when you beat the competition.

Well, we got invited to serve dogs off our cart at a Pop Warner Cheerleading competition, side by side with the volunteers who were selling water, pizza, gatorade and candy. We sold dogs and sodas. It was absolute chaos, so busy, we had to go out and get more product and sold out of everything, so now we’re keeping the cart and hopefully run into some more competitions….[:o)][:o)][:o)][:o)][:o)]
