I always liked Dutch Loaf, which my wife refers to as "your smelly meat". I live in PA, and I have found it harder and harder to come by as the small meat stores & delis are replaced by the larger chain grocery store deli counters, which seem to carry only the fastest moving products.
I found Dutch Loaf after I googled Boar’s Head Dutch Loaf. It may very possibly what you are looking for. I know the Dutch Loaf (Old Fashioned Loaf) that you mean and it is very good. Hadn’t thought of it in ages, so give this Boar’s Head site a try. Boar’s Head is a brand without peer in my opinion.

Milwaukee has a local sausage company that makes old fashioned loaf, but I dont know that it is available to order on line. http://www.klements.com.
I live in the Denver area (Boulder to be exact) and have not been able to find one of my favorite lunchmeats, Dutch Loaf (aka: "Old Fashioned Loaf") anywhere in Colorado. Most people don’t even know what it is out here. Does anyone know of a source?
I come from Cleveland originally and it is available in any grocery store, deli, or butcher shop. or deli. One of the things I really look forward to when I go back there.
