Prefer my worms at the bottom of a bottle of mescal a waitress of dubious intentions is pouring me.
Hi guys,
I’ve been to Vietnam and tried this amazing dish: Duong dua. It is worms that live on coconut trees. They look disgusting but they are actually amazing to eat.
What do you think about this? Have you ever been to VN and tried it?
Hi David. I never cared for the worms, but I used to love eating the coconut trees in Vietnam.
??????????

among all Vietnamese cuisine I like only Bun Bo, noodles with rise vermicelli and beef, with fresh herbs and vegetables.
And blood cubes too, right? I love it too.

Duong dua, a Vietnamese streetfood
I’m off to Vietnam this week. I do agree with WarToad though—–I like my worms in Mezcal. Not sure if i would try dung due but I’ll see. One of my first meals will be Bun bo Hue though——with pigs feet and the blood cubes. Yum!
Any other suggestions of Vietnamese dishes to try?
