I m almost done building an enclosed food trailer in which I ll be selling hot dogs out of.
I ll be first steaming the hot dogs but would like to be able to add grill marks to them.
Do I need to have ( by code / Florida ) a commercial type grill or can I get away with using a grill press like the George Foreman grill or other non commercial gas or electric grill?
I simply want to add grill marks.
check your local HD. It seems to be that every district in fla has its own set of rules
Do I Need A Commercial Grill?
I’m pretty sure you don’t need a commercial grill. One of these electrical models is fine for your purpose https://devices4home.com/best-smokeless-indoor-grill/ If you plan on using the grill in an enclosed trailer, then I would consider a smokeless type of grill.
