California outlawed Fois Gras again. [:(]

I don’t see anything on their site that says they won’t ship to you! In fact, on the foie page there’s a comment from someone in Palm Springs who’s ordered it! I see absolutely no reason to avoid being a scofflaw where things like this are concerned. It’s not like they will have a packing list on the outside of the box!

I just ordered a guinea hen and four poussins.

I’ve had them from D’Artagnan before, and they’ve always been excellent. It’s great when they are also on sale.
