There is a DeAngelo’s Italian eatery in Mandeville across Lake Pontchartrain near Covington.
There is a Dia Roma Cafe in Kenner. Gourmet pizza is a big thing there.
Only ones I know with that name or one in that area with a name that’s close. Wish I could help more. If I remember I’ll ask my dh when I talk to him tomorrow if he’s seen one or he can ask around. He’s down there right now.
We ate at a fish market near the airport in Kenner some 25 years ago. It was recommended to us by a policeman in our hotel. Had a few tables with red checked oil-cloths on them in the market. We had the best seafood that night. Can anybody tell me if D’Angelo’s (DeAngelo’s) is still there?
