The corned beef looks mighty good. The hot dogs look good enough to make me ask who makes them. Oh, and are they natural casing dogs?
Michael, Costco jumbo dogs, the best out there…natural casing!
What an interesting bit of information. We just happen to have to go to Costco today — after we get back from Crabill’s in Urbana.
Most of your experiments appear to be utterly delicious, but I have to ask if that hot dog was inspired by Primanti’s.
In any case, stay away from molecular gastronomy; that fad will soon die of preciousness and pretention; BBQ will live forever.[8D][:p][8D]
No Primanti’s, I’ve never seen one, I don’t think, it’s just the way I love a dog!

That smoked corned beef is fantastic! The last time I was at https://chubbysbbq.net Chubby’s BBQ, the Ol’ Pork Puller who owns the place gave me a free sample. Nice guy….a bit chatty, but nice.[;)]
Me chatty?? Good Lord, you kept measuring our windows and doors, saying “Nope, this will never do”!
I still have the 500 cards you left everywhere!
Primanti Bros. Sandwich!
Looks fantastic!

Oh, thanks! Just what I need to see as lunchtime approaches with Pittsburgh 200 miles away.
