Cold import to go along:)
Welcome aboard, SH! Enjoy yourself–lots of nice people here. They make up for my well-known churlishness.

Meat loaf (-" thick), fluffy, nutritionally and gustatorially irrelevant white bread, Hellman’s, S & P. If I really want to get down and dirty, maybe even (gasp! wheeze! howl in self-loathing!) ketchup.
But I digress. The meat loaf has to be firm and non-crumbly, with (if at all possible) that red stuff my mom used to coat the top with, just for a soupon of sweetness.
White bread, cold meatloaf sliced about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, and nothing but ketchup. I have to admit the idea of adding sliced onion sounds good.
On white bread with Miracle Whip!
Sliced leftover meatloaf
Dave’s Killer Bread
Honey mustard
Ketchup
Mayo
Chopped green olives
Grilled yellow onions & green peppers
Mild peppers
Mozzarella Cheese
Drizzle with olive oil
Grill on a Panini press
Yum!
Wonder Bread, lightly buttered, thick slice of meatloaf, and plenty of Hunt’s Ketchup.
Soft white bread and Heinz ketchup.
I’ve got 1/2 a meatlof in my fridge right now. Yum.

Nothing better than getting home from the bar at about 3am and smelling the meatloaf you missed for dinner. Sitting down making 2 sanwhiches before bed. On cheap white bread with Heinz chili sauce and tabasco. Great cure for a handover.
Lots of meatloaf on an Italian bread sub/hero loaf, a mess of brown gravy on it, wrapped in foil and heated in the oven until steamy hot! Yeow! [:o)]
I normally go with an english muffin with mayo and some of the tomato sauce from the meatloaf. Sometimes I’ll do cheese, and sometimes a slice of tomato.
Oh, and for the best meatloaf put in a handful of light brown sugar.
My meatload is rather simple:
Ground beef
2 eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Garlic
Rosmary
Salt and pepper
Baked – sometimes with ketchup or tomato sauce on top
Cold on wheat bread with ketchup

Soft white bread, slab of cold meat loaf, and a mixture of Heinz catsup and Frank’s Hot Sauce. I love me some Frank’s Hot Sauce.
Just Heinz for me, but sometimes i’ll opt for horseradish instead.
