Vic why wouldnt you share your recipe? I used to think that way but then I thought about it and realized that others would never be able to taste what took me decades to perfect……Russ My father died without teaching us his method for potato pancakes and I have never been able to recreate it nor have my 5 brothers and sisters. I bet he laughs everytime I try.

Bless that cool down there! Down to the mid 50’s overnight, and upper 70’s lower 80’s for daytime highs here now… Back to 90 come Wednesday… ARGHHHH… (and I work outdoors).
The Paprika does the sauce good… Try it, you’ll like it. I also use LeGout 095 Beef Base in my mix, gives it body beyond belief! If you decide to use it, omit the salt you’d normally use until the end..(taste / flavor adjustment then)..

Vic yes it cooled down from 98 to 95deg days. Surfinsapo sent that Gebhardt chili powder to try. & damm I have some Hungarin paprica in my spice cabnet, Oh well next time
JB, YOU ROCK! Must have cooled down there to make up the sauce! (At least that was your excuse for using the powdered stuff earlier this summer… Must have heard my cries).. V8 is the ultimate liquid also.. But ya missed out on the Paprika.. Maybe I’ll share my recipe here, but it wont be in video form… (pictorial).
Now about the Vodka?? Did ya add it to yourself or the chili mix.. Personally, I’m stingy and wont share it with my food…
