Changing channels
When you change channels today, the channel you change to ALWAYS is running an add, this is so relentless that it’s got to be illegal, or should I say, it should be, your held hostage…your take?
It’s a given fact. They run them simultaneously on all channels. Maddening, isn’t it? Even worse when it’s the same commercial that you can not stand.
Except of course if it’s Sheila and her She Shed.
This is one of the reasons that God gave us the DVR.
I always ‘tune-in’ a minimum of 20 minutes after a program has begun and view the recording from its start, fast-forwarding through all commercials and breaks.[8D]
This is why we watch old 60s & 70s detective and crime shows on DVD. The only current thing we watch is the news and I watch food shows on Saturdays. We’re also very faithful to Me-TV.
