Why do I suspect they keep it where it is because they know it apparently causes you to go off the deep end? And why are you posting this in a forum reserved for food themed Roadfood questions or topics?
I noticed Rules of Conduct includes the statement, “POSTING A MESSAGE OR SUBJECT IN ALL CAPS IS PROHIBITED [.]” Ironically, the rule is printed in caps.
100’s of posts? Really? No one cares, other than your excessive use of emoticons and absurd punctuation.
I’VE BEEN SHOUTING AT STEPHEN ET AL. FOR YEARS THAT THE RULES OF CONDUCT SHOULD BE POSTED BOLDLY ON THE HOME PAGE UNDER “STARTING POINTS”.
[h1]Starting Points[/h1] PUT THEM RIGHT HERE!!!!!

CURRENTLY, THE RULES ARE HIDDEN IN THE “ROADFOOD NEWS FORUM”. TO ANY NEWBEE COMING ON BOARD, THAT’S THE LAST PLACE THEY WOULD LOOK TO FIND THE “RULES OF CONDUCT”. THERE’S NO LOGICAL CONNECTION BETWEEN “RULES OF CONDUCT’ AND “ROADFOOD NEWS”. NONE!
C’MON STEPHEN., POST THE “RULES OF CONDUCT” IN A HIGHLY VISABLE, EASY TO REACH PLACE ON THE HOME PAGE AND ELIMINATE MOST OF THE HUNDREDS OF POSTS THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HERE QUIBBLING OVER THE “RULES OF CONDUCT”!!!

We have rules of conduct?
Of course we do. It’s the formality before the mayhem ensues. Sort of like playing the national anthem before a Cubs game.
We have rules of conduct?
I DON’T KNOW WHAT WE’RE YELLING ABOUT!
I would be more concerned with people starting a topic in the wrong forum such as having a topic like Red Lobster and Olive Garden being put into
Poadfood News Forum which was done by a member with over 9000 posts![:0][:0][lol][lol][lol][lol]
PS I am not the one who flagged you (FYI)
Dude — it’s, um, a food website. A fun one, one I like, one I enjoy, but still just a food website. Get over it. It isn’t that important.
