I have never had the guts to try the tuna in a pouch. There is something that screams "too easily contaminated." But hey, to each his own.
What about that chicken in the pouch?
I like the tuna in the pouch far more than cans, so perhaps the chicken would also better.
I wonder if you could use it on pizza?
Please- respect the pizza!
Do people actually buy the stuff for human consumption? [xx(]
I thought it was cat food.
Very salty indeed I have used it in a pinch for a quick chicken salad instead of the normal roasted or poached whole chicken but probably not a bad idea to try in other dishes suggested above.
I’m guessing casseroles. I dont believe I’ve ever seen canned chicken that wasn’t a spread. Is it shredded or chunked? I’m guessing it’s very salty. I wonder if you could use it on pizza?
feed it to the cats and dogs!
Chicken ala King
I will have to try that, I have some leftover smoked turkey thawing in the fridge.
Chicken enchiladas, tacos, burritos.
CajunKing, I’ve heard that often about Tetrazzini, some don’t like the sherry. I love the sherry in it, dry sherry. I would put 1/4 cup in your recipe.
For low carblow fat lunch I will dump a can of chicken over a be of spinach drizzle some olive oil over it and that’s about it. Only problem then is the sodium content.

This also works well with leftover turkey or ham from the holidays
Some people put sherry in the cream sauce (1/4 cup or so) I do not like sherry so I never put it in
The only things I’ve ever made with canned chicken is chicken ala king or a chicken pot pie or a chinese chicken salad.
