Typically burgers aren’t a health dept approved food
Hello All,
I am building my own cart and will have a 36″grill along with steam table for dogs and meat sauce and chili.
I was wondering about burgers. How do they sell off the hot dog cart, and should I carry 1/4 pound or the smaller 1/8 pound. Or should I just stick to the dogs.
I am planning on wieners with meat sauce, the wieners kept warm on the grill, Regular Hot dogs, and having a 1/4 pund dog for specials like the Ruben dog featured in this forum, a taco dog and others.
Can a cart have too much?
Thank You
Al
You need something fast and simple, as Doggie said, burgers take time to cook. You want quick turnarounds, try a cheese steak over a burger.
They take time to cook,I know a cart thats set up in a swimming club in season, people order than come back 5 or 10 mins..so I dont know…good luck
