    Welcome to Roadfood!

What’s the name of your place and do you have a web site?

Being a newbie, you won’t be able to post any links yet so spell it out like:

www dot dog place dot  com

You can also get good information here:

Hello I own a small hot dog restaurant in Michigan and just purchased a Bunn Slushie machine for both my restaurant use and occasional off site use for catering gigs. Does anyone have any unique recipes or tricks for these types of machines?

We also have a coke freestyle machine in the store with 100+ flavors so we’d like to keep it different than the run of the mill slushie flavors and styles people are used to. College town joint, open until 4am on the weekends. Our menu is extremely creative and unique so we’d like this to be an extension of that. Interested in any ideas for making them with ice cream or other dessert types of drinks also.

    Thank you!

[p]Assisted Living dinner tonight: BLTs with chips and a pickle, chocolate ice cream for dessert. And boy was it fun! We were seated at a table with guys in their 90s who all grew up in the same small town we live in. So while they were too much older than Mom for them to have known each other in school, they knew all the same people. I told her she might even get a boyfriend! [lol][/p]
