Tom’s Tavern on the Pearl Street mall for a really great burger and Juanits’s (think I got the name right?) right next door for better than average Mex. Used to live in Boulder; hope they are both still viable! [:D][:D]

I have to be in Boulder for a day and was wondering what and where to eat?
Perhaps, when you have moved to Boulder and settle in, treat yourself to a delectable dinner at the Flagstaff House. It is excellent and the scenery is beautiful. Here is their website.
Not inexpensive, but one of the best meals I’ve ever had:

Angelfood cake like grandma made.
Also, not sure where you are "moving up" from, but if you are new to CO try the cinnamon buns here:
The country fried steak is good too.
I envy you.[:)]

In Thornton, just by Denver off I-25, there is a burger joint that has the best green chili I ever had.
I think they have a couple locations in the area.
Jims Burger Haven..Not the best burgers, but their green chili is to die for!..
If you pass through Denver, I recommend Swing Thai, Sushi Den or Wahoos. Lobster and fish tacos:)
Holy Cats, do try Mustard’s and let me know how it is!
I would not call it Roadfood, but the Briarwood Inn in Golden.
Mustards Last Stand is also good for hot dogs.
Thanks for the information…It looks like I will be moving up to the area..and now I have a list of some
places to try while I am there..
