    JB, it a great tasting fish, firm bodied and fairly mild. I really like it. Since it was only me and Ava eating that night I only cooked 2 fillets. I’m gonna stop in and buy some more today. I’m gonna cook it in a bit of butter, seasoned but not breaded.

    Oysters sure have gotten expensive. I paid 10.22 for a pint of Select shucked oysters. But they sure were good.

    Mike, I have to tell ya, my eyesight is getting bad in my old age.. I stared for several minutes into the picture and never saw any coleslaw on any side there…

    I do. Here is a pic of tonights dinner. All fried with Zatarain’s seafood coating.
    Shrimp, bay scallops, oysters and orange roughy. With coleslaw on the side.
