A small, two pounder simmered for four hours then foiled. Carrots and potatoes were boiled in the same water for 20 minutes and the cabbage five minutes.
I am so jealous, I had to work, and never got to eat any corned beef dinner!

I was soooooooo disappointed with my corned beef this year-60%fat-not enough meat to feed 2 of us…John,yours is a work of art.
