CSD, I really enjoyed the article. Sounds like all the good press you have been recieving has led to overflow enrollments in HDU. But one thing in the write up attracted my attention. You said dress the dog, which is what most places seem to do. But I guess I like to dress the roll first with mustard on both sides, then insert the dog, then add the relish and onion on both sides where the dog meets the roll. That leaves the top center of the dog free for whatever else, chili, slaw, etc. What’s wrong with me?
