    My mother used to make kraut and weinies. She bought canned or jarred kraut, then cut up hot dogs in it and heated it up. It was actually pretty good.

    I do like to brown up saurkraut, eaten by itself with dark bread and butter or with kelbaisa but never thought of it with fried bologna, might be interesting..

    Ooohhhh, where to put this one???? Here since it is a recipe…

    Fry up the baloney and top with sliced cheese. Drain some sauerkraut and lightly fry it alongside the baloney. Toast some bread and then spread on the MW. Layer into a sandwich and eat.

    What can I say? My 5 yr old loves kraut. The kraut actually comes across pretty well. [:)]
