In this case you didn’t miss much. There were a few posts that were relevant to the topic, but the number of really off the wall ones out number those well thought out entries 3/1. We finally gave up and dumped it. Foie Gras is a fair topic, but the actions of some fake-ID posters wrecked it.
Luckily the number of the really negative threads is pretty small considering the size of the roadfood membership.

Extreme, in THIS case I missed the thread because I passed it by due to subject matter. I do recall seeing it though. I simply can’t stand liver in any form, shape or size whatsoever.

Thank you, Field. It takes a gentleman to right a wrong and admit it publicly. For good or bad, it looks like that entire thread has been taken down anyway. There was, in fact, some intelligent conversation going on in there, but the usual suspects entered and it turned a ugly, like so many other threads these days. I do see now that your comment to was due to a mis-read and apology accepted.
