You could try any of the "Texas 11", the senators that have run away from our state to avoid a redistricting issue. They are all at the Marriot.
The house members ran away to Oklahoma earlier, and they stayed in Ardmore. Maybe they have some good ideas for OK spots![:D]

We ate at a mexican resturant last year during the balloon fiesta,kind of looked like a old church building kind of on the way out of town. Anyone know the name want to go back this year.
