    Nice find CSD! That chicken is absolutely delicious![:p] Mine was 3.5lbs,cooked at 410* for an hour- perfect! Very moist with a great flavor. Thanks![:D]

    You are right Aarons is excellent. I get my Iowan wife to fry the cut up pieces, and it is as good if not better than K.C.’s Stouds which is also very good.

    Got the little bird today for tomorrow night.[:D] Also TJ’s Wasabi Mayo, baby back ribs, cheese enchiladas,hot & sweet mustard,and Mango Mochi.[8D] This should be enough for this weekend!

    Our local Trader Joe’s carries Arron’s Best Kosher Chicken. Pop one in the oven at 375 and cook until done. So good, absolutely no seasoning is required. This is the best chicken I’ve had since the days my grandmother shopped at Bernie the butcher on Roosevelt & Keeler on the west side of Chicago in the 40’s. Back then, she’d select her bird and it was slaughtered on site. Friday night dinner was the best chicken and/or chicken soup in the world, while watching Superman and Captain Video on the old black & white.
